The rental rate is $150 per hour + $50 cleaning fee
Friday - Sunday Events (6 hour minimum rental required)
Monday - Thursday (3 hour minimum rental required)

Can we have outside catering?
Yes, outside catering is allowed.
Do we have a kitchen? We do not offer kitchen service we do have a separate area for the caterer to setup.
Bartending Services? To serve spirited alcohol you must hire a licensed & insured bartender and obtain a permit from the North Carolina ABC Board.
What's the capacity? up to 75 guests.
What are the venue hours? 10:00am to 11:00pm
All events must end by 11:00pm. Premises cleared by 12 midnight.
