Pricing:
Monday - Thursday $100.00 per hour (4 hour minimum rental)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday $1100.00 (7 hour minimum rental) includes setup time, event time, breakdown time and cleaning fee.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday $1600.00 (Full Day Rental - 10:00am to 11:00pm)

10:00am - 11:00pm
Venue Closes @ 12 Midnight
Venue Tours are Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only. (10:00am to 6:00pm)

The Venue will provide tables and chairs for up to 75 guests.

Bar Services
Beer & Wine may be served at any event to guests 21 years and up,
Spirited Alcohol may be served only by a certified & insured bartender,
Event host must obtain a Special Limited Special Occassion.
