Security Deposit is due upon booking to confirm the date.

What's included in the venue rental:
The Venue will provide tables and chairs for up to 75 guests.
8 - (60 inch round tables) seats up to 9 guests
2 - 8 foot Rectangle tables
2 - 6 foot Rectangle tables
6 - cocktail tables
75 - gold Chivari Chairs
The client will have use of the wine room for catering.
We do not have an onsite kitchen.
Occupancy: up to 75 guests seated
up to 100 cocktail style (limited tables and chairs)
